They have a loggia serving as a dining area (terrace with waterproof pergola for flat No. 4) with a barbecue for grilling pleasure.

Located in the heart of the seaside village of San Ciprianu, from May until the end of September holidaymakers can take advantage of the many shops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation: grocery shop and bread depot, tea room, newspapers, butcher's and delicatessen, ice-cream parlour and snack bar, restaurants, pizzeria, beachwear shops and more.
From now until the end of August and the beginning of September, there are plenty of water-based activities on offer to keep holidaymakers happy: scuba diving, boat hire, paddle boarding, sailing and windsurfing lessons, and much more.
There is also a post office in the heart of the village and a small open-air church in a pine forest where mass is held every Sunday throughout the summer.
San Ciprianu is a small family seaside resort that is very festive during the high summer season (from June to the end of August). A lively and busy place.
Many events are organised here (open-air concerts, weekly night markets, fireworks displays on 14 July and 15 August, etc).
From mid-September onwards, San Ciprianu dons its autumnal garb to rediscover its off-season tranquillity.
The majority of shops are gradually closing their doors, and the hustle and bustle of the summer season is giving way to peace and quiet. It's an ideal time of year for nature-lovers, without the hustle and bustle of the high season. They will be able to take advantage of the beautiful walks starting from San Ciprianu and discover the whole of the Lecci region, as well as the beach, which will have rediscovered its wild charm.
A Cinema/Bowling and Laser-Game area is 10 minutes away by car. The nearest town is Porto-Vecchio, 10 km from the Residence.
A 15-minute drive from the Cavu river in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio.
Although many amenities are available on site, holidaymakers are strongly advised to come or hire a motorised vehicle, as public transport services in the region are poorly developed and make it difficult to get around. You will also need to travel to Porto-Vecchio or Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, both 10 km from San Ciprianu, to see a doctor or visit a chemist.
