You'll be able to stroke his noble pigs as he explains all about his fine breeding and PDO charcuterie. you'll stop off at a high point to enjoy the panoramic view over the far south of the island. And to finish off, you'll taste his charcuterie and terrines, all accompanied by a red wine, Corsican cheese and farmhouse bread.
