Maxence, a breeder and processor, will take you on a tour of his Nustrale breed Corsican pig farm. You'll be able to stroke his noble pigs as he explains all about his fine breeding and PDO charcuterie. you'll stop off at a high point to enjoy the panoramic view over the far south of the island. And to finish off, you'll taste his charcuterie and terrines, all accompanied by a red wine, Corsican cheese and farmhouse bread.
