Our outdoor restaurant is sure to delight even the most discerning gourmets. With a very careful selection and attention to detail, our teams prepare dishes of the day to awaken your senses and taste buds.
The restaurant serves only the freshest produce and gourmet, seasonal cuisine, with an emphasis on local produce, including a selection of local products from our grocery shop. The restaurant also offers charcuterie and cheese platters, again using only local produce, with home-cooked dishes for convivial moments on balmy Corsican summer evenings. Here are some of the dishes of the day, such as sautéed veal with potatoes from the garden, lasagne as at Minà, seafood risottos, pasta with vegetables from the market, and many other choices.
Our restaurant is open every evening from 7pm to 10pm (except Wednesdays). However, you can order sweet or savoury "picnic" baskets for lunch so that you don't have to worry about your next day's meal when you go for a walk in the heart of nature or on a beach day.
